This Lough Gill Brewery Pastry Sour comes at 9.7% abv and it’s packed with Raspberries and a touch of Vanilla. The first generously added during fermentation to fully express this red fruit juices and acidity while the latter is gently infused after fermentation for a sufficient number of days. Filled as usual with Lactose in boil, it went through tank souring and neutral fermentation. Filling, satisfying and rich!
