The clash of two very different barrels always ends up in fun. Hints of chocolate and vanilla from bourbon and raisiny-fruity acidity from Tokaji Sweet wine barrel are just simply beautiful. As for the base, we picked a quadruple so there is a spicy breeze in the taste but overall the notes of the barrels dominate here. Tokaji is a quite special Hungarian wine type, it uses naturally dehydrated grapes to get the deep, walnutty-raisiny taste and golden color. Some say mixing beer and wine is a mistake. Well… Hold our beer!
